2. Custom Travel Consulting Services (Scope of this Website)

• Final travel consulting services are strictly subject to a separate, personalized Travel Design Agreement which must be mutually signed by the client and The Traveling Geographer prior to any work commencing.

• No travel consulting services are sold automatically through this website interface.

3. Digital Products and Gift Certificates
The following terms apply exclusively to the automated purchase of digital products (e.g., downloadable guides) or Gift Certificates through this website:

• Pricing & Payments: All prices listed on the website are displayed in Euros (€). Payments are processed securely via our third-party checkout provider (Squarespace/Stripe/PayPal).

• Gift Certificates: Gift certificates purchased on this website are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. They may only be redeemed toward eligible services offered by The Traveling Geographer.

• Right of Withdrawal (Diritto di Recesso): In accordance with European Consumer Law (Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied via non-material support if the performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent. By downloading a digital guide or purchasing a digital gift certificate, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital delivery has occurred.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All content displayed on this website—including but not limited to custom text, blog posts, sample travel itineraries, photographic images, logos, graphics, and layouts—is the exclusive property of The Traveling Geographer and is protected by Italian and international copyright laws (Legge 22 aprile 1941, n. 633).
