This conversation will be followed by a proposed overview of your itinerary, which you have the chance to give us feedback on.

After that, we get to work and deliver your detailed itinerary within two weeks.

Each itinerary is unique and crafted with care in every detail, and our design process includes conversations with you to ensure we are meeting all of your expectations. From the time that you fill out our intake form, the typical delivery time is about a month.

If you require a faster turnaround, expedition options can be discussed.

We do not make any personal bookings at this time, but we do provide recommendations with easy booking links for all logistics, tours and a variety of curated hotel options within your budget for each destination proposed in your itinerary.

No, at this moment we don’t have links or partnerships with any of the hotels or activity providers that we recommend in our itineraries. Nonetheless, we have personally tested many of the hotels and activity providers in your itinerary, and all suggestions come from a deep research of their recognized quality services.

Yes. We offer a variety of extra options and ways we can support you while you travel, including the option to make changes while you are mid-trip, daily meteo reports, including on sea conditions, and live suggestions for the best beaches for swimming, and more.
